June 18 Is Bike Day at the Farmers’ Market!

Thursday, June 18, is Bike Day at the Sally Frank’s Farmers’ Market in Cedar Park. The market is open from 1 to 7 p.m. Ride your bike to the market and you will get $2 in Market Money to spend at the market. What’s more, the Melrose Pedestrian and Bicycle Committee will be there to give free tune-ups starting at 2:30.

7ate9 and Soluna Gardens are both back for the first time this week! Lulu’s Gluten Free Foods is new to the market bringing gluten free pasta and cookie dough.

Holly Pierce will do a cooking demonstration at 3:30 p.m., and Rich Eilbert will provide musical entertainment from 4 to 6 p.m. <a href="http://Rich Eilbert will provide musical entertainment from 4 to 6 p.m.”>Barre and Soul Yoga will offer a free yoga demonstration from 5 to 6 p.m.

The Melrose Public Library will be at the market, and this week’s artisans are Sarah’s Originals and abstract painter Nancy Abrams.

Steve Violette from Dick’s Market Garden will again be doing a weekly CSA. If you are interested, call Steve at (978) 855-2898. They will have a box ready for you to pick up at the market!
