“The first day of school is always a special day,” said Mayor Robert J. Dolan, “and we want to make sure that every Melrose child starts off the school year with everything they need, from pens and pencils to backpacks and calculators.”

“Education is more important now than ever before,” said Cinella, “and I want to thank all those who give so generously so that we can provide the children of Melrose with everything they need to get off to a great start.”
